After the passing of Kristy's father in late summer 2025, she inherited a laser cutter/engraver from him. He had a dream for a while of starting an engraving business using it but was never able to. After we received the machine we decided to carry on his dream and start our own engraving business.
In October 2025 we started our Becoming All Flame store on Etsy focusing on Celtic-inspired prayer aids and decorations. One of our creative and spiritual outlets has been through creating sacred objects for prayer, contemplation, and encouragement. This has been a wonderful creative outlet as we have been inspired in different ways to create all of these items.
Since we view this as a spiritually creative act of worship we do not use AI in any form to inspire, create, assist, or otherwise produce any of our products.

Handheld Finger Labyrinths
Our most popular items have been our handheld cross-shaped prayer labyrinths. These are the perfect size to keep in a purse, a desk, on a side table, or anywhere that you are trying to create a more prayerful space. Each of these labyrinths have texts from the Bible, ancient Christian prayers, and beloved hymns printed alongside the pathways to bring encouragement to your prayer time.
Each labyrinth is available in both locally sourced maple and cherry hard woods and are finished in a natural shellac to give a smooth, comfortable feeling when held.
Crosses
We also feature wooden crosses inspired by our travels and the historical church. During our honeymoon in Scotland, we visited the isle of Iona on the west coast where Saint Columba landed from Ireland and founded an abbey. This abbey became the starting point for much of the spread of Christianity across England and Scotland and the famous Book of Kells had been started on the island but was transferred to Ireland after a number of viking raids. At the abbey stands the 8th century Saint John's Cross. Using our own photos and images found on historic Scotland websites we created a reproduction cross engraved on maple large enough to show off the intricate details found on the original.

Christmas and Advent
Advent and Christmas are some of our favorite times of the year. We wanted to create decorations that would be meaningful and reflect the beauty of the season. Our Silent Night icon frame is modeled after the type of frame containing Christian icons. In this case, we used the lyrics from the beloved Christmas carol: Silent Night along with engraved stars to create a beautiful and meaningful decoration.

Custom Celtic Cross
We wanted to create another Celtic cross that would be an option for marking notable events. This led to designing a cross that stands 12 inches tall and almost 9 inches wide with enough space to engrave names, special events, memorial tributes, and more. This cross can be hung on the wall or placed on a shelf or desk. Weddings, the birth of a child, first communion, confirmation, graduation, ordination, the passing of a loved one, are some of the ways this cross can be used.
